The Food Festival Zurich is entering its ninth round. And for the first time since 2020, the eleven-day event will once again take place in spring as it originally did. On June 6 at 7 pm, the gates of the Jelmoli Food Market will open to visitors for the festival's opening party.
In this special edition, you will find exciting articles on regionally produced kombucha, particularly sustainable viticulture in the canton of Zurich and the best places to eat in summer. We dedicate two stories to young talent, one of the most important topics in gastronomy.
