This summer is shaping up really well! And we want to celebrate: the briquettes are glowing, the drinks are chilled, friends could arrive at any moment.
Barbecuing is simply the essence of enjoying the best time of the year.
At some point, you're done with the tried and tested recipes. New ideas are needed! We thought so too and dedicated this issue entirely to barbecuing and its delicious side dishes.
When cooking over a flame, the possibilities are endless: whether it's fruit kissed by the embers or slow-grilled leek sticks with young peas!
We're talking about burgers and hot dogs, which can be remarkably elaborate creations, but still have to be eaten by hand.
