Glorious autumn
In late summer and early autumn, there is plenty to choose from: Sun-kissedtomatoes and melanzani, lush pumpkins and corn on the cob, juicy apples, aromatic quinces - the fields, gardens and trees offer plenty of fresh ingredients. And these were the inspiration for the latest issue of the Falstaff magazine Recipes, which once again has plenty of delicacies and recipe tips at the ready - including on the topics of cooking with wine, mushrooms and fungi, and dumpling cooking.
